What Is A Postpartum Doula?
A Postpartum doula (PPD) is someone who meets you were you are in the time after given birth. I call this the "now what?" time period.
2.
Why Are Doulas Important?
Postpartum Doulas are often overlooked care providers; and the importance of one is huge. The role of a PPD is to help the mother through her recovery journey.

My Approach
I am passionate about being a doula in this specific area due to the lack of importance postpartum care is in America. I believe we can change the outlook of postpartum care here in America...one mom at a time.
About me
Hello, my name is Alyssa. I'm a wife, mother, and now business owner. I was born and raised in Spring, Texas but currently reside in Conroe. I hate writing about myself, so let's move on to the good stuff!...
